Sometimes I post here and wonder if anyone ever reads this stuff? I really enjoy posting here and have began to wonder if I am sharing too much? Granted my most recent posts have been relationship related and that's because it's new and fresh and I'm happy. I try to make sure that I tag things appropriately to spare you all the gushy details.
My blogging is really just a digital diary. I used to use Facebook a LOT. I was that annoying friend who posted every hour...and I mean really random shit.
I stopped doing that when I went through a deeply traumatic experience. Suddenly I didn't feel like sharing...with anyone. I was depressed and not in a good place and despite the fact that I used to post a million things I never put a lot of really personal things on there.
I now use Google + because it helps me to fine tune my posts for certain audiences. Sometimes you don't exactly want your family to know how drunk you got and the crazy borderline unsafe thing that you did that one night. I would share this information with my girlfriends and a couple of my guys friends but EVERYONE don't need to know everything!
The interesting thing is I've had this blog for a few years and have so few posts, over the last month or so I've grown really fond of this platform. I'm not sure why this is so fulfilling for me but I'm gonna roll with it. Let's see what happens!
Leave a comment or two if you'd like! I'm so interested to hear if people love it, hate it, or can relate? If not feel free to keep hanging out and reading. I really enjoy seeing the places on the globe where my blog has been read.
**Random fact: Every time I fly (which isn't often) I take pictures of clouds. I can't describe why they make me feel so at peace but they are beautiful and I'm obsessed with them so here's a pic I took flying back to Boston from Savannah.
